Surp Karabet Armenian Church

The church is located in the Süleymaniye District. It was built on a three-aisled basilica plan measuring 18 m x 12.60 m. There is a 5 m wide parecclesion section in the southern part of the church. The roof and the southern wall are largely ruined. The triple apse forming the eastern facade of the church is arranged in a semicircular shape from the inside and outside, the middle apse is wider and has one window opening on each axis. The pastophorion rooms on both sides of the apses are still present. There are two-story windows on the north and south walls. Palmette decorations in the form of borders have survived to the present day on the upper parts of the round-arched window niches.
